PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced plans for a second community in Bexley, a master-planned development in Land O’ Lakes. The company, which currently has Del Webb Bexley under construction, will also offer single-family homes under their Pulte Homes brand.

“Bexley is a community that will serve residents at all stages of life. In addition to our Del Webb community there which was designed for those 55 and older, we wanted to be able to offer younger families a prime opportunity to live within this community,” Sean Strickler, president of Pulte’s West Florida Division, said in a statement.

The model units will open before the end of the year, with sales starting in early January and the grand opening scheduled for Jan. 18.
