PulteGroup says it has acquired 178 homesites in K-Bar Ranch in New Tampa and has plans to purchase another 114 in Riverstone, in Lakeland, creating an overall retail development volume significantly greater than $65 million.

Prices at the gated Pulte Homes at K-Bar Ranch on Rolling Moss Road in the northeast section of Tampa will start in the upper $200s, the developer says.

Meanwhile, homes in Riverstone, Pulte’s first Lakeland land acquisition in several years, will start from the low $200s.
