Cordish Companies and Caesars Entertainment have announced their Pompano Beach development will be anchored by a “dynamic Live! dining and entertainment district” with dining, hotel, retail, residential, office and lifestyle amenities, alongside the Harrah’s Pompano Beach casino.
“The City of Pompano Beach is delighted to have Caesars and Cordish partner on this incredible project,” said Pompano Beach Mayor Rex Hardin. “Caesars is known for their energetic gaming destinations, and Cordish has a successful track record of developing and operating dynamic mixed-use properties that spur community revitalization.
The development’s name, The Pomp, was chosen to honor local history and the former Pompano Park racetrack located on the project site. It will feature 4,000 luxury residential units, two hotels and 1.35 million square feet of Class A office space.
