Plaza Construction announced that it Scott E. Ellison was named as executive vice president at its Southeast Region office located in Miami.

Ellison will serve as the company’s executive vice president, operations. He will help oversee the management and supervision of complex construction projects with emphasis on operations. He lends his expertise to both the corporate organization as a whole and construction management activities, the company said in a statement.

Ellison has spent 41 years in the construction industry. Most recently, he spent a decade with one of the world’s largest construction management firms, as their Southwest Regional Operations Manager.
