Construction has topped out at Pendry Residences Tampa, a 38-storey luxury hotel and condominium tower under development along downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk.
Hotel amenities will include full-service restaurants, cafes, shops, a luxury spa, conference facilities, ballrooms and two outdoor swimming pools with expansive decks overlooking the Hillsborough River and Tampa Bay.
The condominium portion will have a separate private driveway, lobby and elevator bank for residents. Owners will also have access to hotel services and preferred access to Pendry and Montage International properties worldwide.
Pendry Hotels & Resorts will operate the hotel.
Arquitectonica of Miami designed the tower, with Adache Group Architects of Fort Lauderdale serving as architect of record. Toronto-based Studio Munge is responsible for the interior design.
The project is planned for an iconic waterfront site along Tampa’s Riverwalk, where it will combine hotel accommodations, residential units, dining and leisure amenities.
