Hotel Development Partners and Surfside-based Transacta Lanai Developers are constructing a Marriott hotel in Surfside, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The hotel, which will have175 rooms, recently secured a $35 million construction loan from Ocean Bank.
The room hotel will include a three-story parking garage, a pool and cabanas.The property was acquired for $5 million in November.
