Moss & Associates, which has been ranked as the top construction management firm in South Florida, has signed an agreement with Atkins, one of the world’s leading design, engineering and project management consultancies, to acquire the ongoing operations of Peter R. Brown Construction, reports South Florida Business Journal.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Moss will buy three of Peter Brown’s Southeastern offices including the Tampa/Clearwater and Tallahassee offices in Florida, and the Atlanta office.
Peter Brown will pursue and carry out all new construction projects through Moss Construction doing business as Peter Brown Construction.
