Miller Construction Co. plans to build two twin industrial projects totalling 602,657 sq. ft. within Centergate at Gratigny business park in Hialeah, a city within Miami-Dade County, REBusiness Online reports. The Miami-Dade County projecthas a value of $27 million.

The project, developed by Gibson Development Partners, should be completed by years’ end.

Boca Raton-based RLC Architects designed the buildings, which will feature 32-ft. clear heights, 54-ft. column spacing, a 185-ft. truck court and a 60-ft speed bay. Fairchild Partners is handling leasing on behalf of the owner, an unnamed institutional client.
