Miller Construction Company has started construction on a new two-story showroom for Holman Automotive’s BMW. Miller will demolish the existing structure and build a new, modern showroom at 14800 Sheridan St. in Pembroke Pines.

The project team includes FSMY Architects and Planners, CES Consulting Engineering Services (MEP Engineer), Bryntesen Structural Engineers and Winningham & Fradley (Civil).

The 37,350-sq. ft., showroom will include office spaces, break rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the vehicles throughout the entire building. The project also includes spaces and renovations to the service drive and sidewalks around the perimeter of the showroom.

Construction is expected to be completed during Q4 of 2023.

Miller’s team built a temporary complex moving employees of the BMW facility to the space for continued operation of the dealership. After detailed planning, the temporary complex includes of twelve trailers to facilitate operations and a 210’x 50’ canopy with lighting that will act as a showroom in front of a six-story Inventory Garage and Collision Center, which Miller Construction completed in 2020.
