TheAmerican Subcontractors Association (ASA) is holding ‘Learn How to Prepare for a Changing Work Force’ webinar in February.

The live, 90-minute webinar starts on February 11 at 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET/9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. PT.

Project the webinar on a screen or wall and listen to it on a speakerphone for a group training event at your office. After the program, instructions will be sent to download a copy of the presentation. Also, participants will receive a printable ASA Certificate of Completion.

Many construction businesses are looking for strong leaders who can deliver accelerating results as their companies recover from the recession and maintain that momentum through a generational transition in the future. Many young people entering the work force, however, are discouraged with finding jobs in those sectors hit hardest by the recession, including the construction industry.

During the presentation, participants will learn:

–          How to overcome the traditional baby boomer mindset that everyone should be happy to have a job.

–          How to identify and grow potential of non-traditional resources.

–          How to build an infrastructure and corporate culture that nurtures innovation and creative thinking.

The registration fee for members of the American Subcontractors Association is $99 and $179 is for non-members.

The fee includes: access with one Internet connection; a link to view an audio-visual recording of the webinar (emailed after the live program); and a link to a printable ASA Certificate of Completion recognizing completion of this program (emailed after the live program).

For registration, call at (703) 684-3450 or register online.
