Jacksonville-based general contractor LandSouth Construction says that it will soon begin construction on the Preserve at ChampionsGate, a $36-million apartment community in ChampionsGate.
The Preserve at ChampionsGate is an apartment community to be built on 12 acres at 8411 Championsgate Blvd. The five-building project was designed by James S, Carr and Associates. It is a part of the 23,000-acre, master planned ChampionsGate Development off I-4 southwest of Orlando.
The community will feature 307 homes with one, two and three bedrooms in five expansive floor plans. It will also get a resort style pool, spa and clubhouse.
LandSouth said that it is using its integrated construction approach on the Preserve. The LandSouth team is being headed by project manager Dan Riedel and the field superintendent is Lee Miller.
The project is expected to be completed in October 2019.
