Custom homebuilder Kevco Builders says it will expand into the West Central Florida region and has named Craig Calhoun as division president.

Kevco says it will provide custom home services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk and Manatee counties.

“We’ve been building custom homes for nearly 40 years, yet we don’t see ourselves as a construction business. We are a people business,” company president Joe Ziler said in a statement. “Under Craig’s leadership, we are excited to bring our focus on customer service and our creative, quality craft to West Central Florida homeowners.”
