Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners LLC has awarded PREMIER Design + Build Group of Itasca, IL the contract to design and build a speculative industrial warehouse, dubbed “Bridge Point Davie,” in Davie, Broward County, FL. The firm has given a light demonstration of an existing onsite facility currently under construction, reports Rejournals.com.
The 145,800 sq.-ft. class-A facility will be constructed at a 9.7 acre site located at 3501 SW 46th Ave. It will offer 32 ft. of clear height and ESFR fire suppression system. The site is in close proximity to I-595, I-95 and the turnpike with access to Port Everglades and Fort-Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The new warehouse will house various tenants such as manufacturers, distributors and logistics companies looking for 20,000-145,800 sq.-ft. spaces.
The project is PREMIER Design + Build Group’s third venture in the Broward County since the firm’s early 2014 entry in the Southeast market. The project is expected to be completed in mid-2015.
