Regions Bank provided an $8.2 million mortgage to Atlanta-based IDI to build the first phase of its Davie Business Center project, reports South Florida Business Journal.
IDI is building the 122,175-square-foot building A, which is expected to be completed in December.
The entire site is 42 acres at 3300 Davie Road, giving it good access to Interstate 595 and the Florida Turnpike.
