Construction is set to begin Jan. 15 on GZ Tower, a 357-unit branded hotel residence development planned for Orlando.
The project is being developed by Zicav Group, with construction led by Desarrollos Eco. A groundbreaking ceremony and the opening of a sales center are scheduled to take place at the site on Jan. 15.
According to the development team, GZ Tower will include fully furnished hotel residences and a range of shared amenities. The building is located near major tourism and retail destinations, including Universal’s Volcano Bay, CityWalk Orlando and The Mall at Millenia.
Miami-based Cervera Real Estate has been retained as the project’s sales and marketing consultant. The firm said the assignment marks an expansion of its work into the Orlando market.
Architectural design for the tower is being handled by Orlando-based DM Architect. The development team said the project will incorporate hospitality-focused amenities, including rooftop common areas, wellness spaces and social areas intended for residents and guests.
Zicav Group said the development reflects growing interest in branded residential projects in Orlando, as the region continues to see population growth and sustained tourism activity. Desarrollos Eco said the project will integrate sustainability measures and modern construction methods, though specific details were not disclosed.
No completion date or total construction value for the project was released.
