South Florida general contractor Grycon, LLC has topped off construction of the $60 million, nine-story Giralda Place in Downtown Coral Gables. The mixed-use project, scheduled for delivery in early 2018, will house 33 condominiums, 101,300 sq. ft. of ‘Class A’ office space, and 13,390 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail.

“We are so proud of our team and partners for bringing this project one monumental step closer to completion,” co-developer Christopher Brown said in a statement. “It is exciting to see our vision come to life as we fuse luxurious residential, retail, and office space amidst Giralda Place’s urban, yet intimate Coral Gables location.”

The building was designed by architect John Fullerton of Fullerton Group Architects.
