WB Golden Point, DSDG Architects and GATES Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for Evolution condo located at Golden Gate Point overlooking the Sarasota Bay.

The new nine-story residence offers a combined total space of nearly 54,000 sq. ft. of living space.

The project is slated to be completed by summer of 2022 by GATES Construction as construction manager.
