GCM Contracting Solutions says it has started building East Cape Flex, a 38,400 sq. ft. flex warehouse facility with dock-level loading bays. 

The tilt-wall structure in East Cape Commerce Park will feature eight separate storefront sections for future sectioning and tenant requirements, the contractor says.  The work is to be completed in less than three months.

The tilt-wall method will “provide superior storm protection and increase durability as well as resale value,” the contractor says in a news release. “Tilt-wall construction also offers built-in fire, sound, and heat insulation.”
