Galloway Road Partners have submitted a pre-application to Miami-Dade County for a three-story office tower on the site previously owned by Bet Breira/Samu El Or Olom Jewish organization in late June, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The developers purchased the 4.4-acre site near Baptist Hospital at 9408 S.W. 87th Ave. and 8790 S.W. 94th Street for $5.35 million in 2016.

The proposed site plan designed by Modis Architects shows a three-story building of 309,521 sq. ft. It would have 101,305 sq. ft. of office space connected by covered crosswalk to a 613-space parking garage.

The pre-application will allow for feedback from the county before officially submitting an application. The county has already approved a development plan for the site to allow for the developer to build offices.
