Fisk Electric Company, a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation has been awarded a $43.4 million contract to provide electrical services for the Cruise Terminal G Complex at the Port of Miami. Work on the project has already begun, with substantial completion expected in November 2027.

The contract covers a broad scope of electrical work, including the construction of a new electrical vault to support distribution switchboards, installation of conduits to ensure primary and emergency power, and new main switchgear, automatic transfer switches, switchboards, and panelboards.

The Terminal G parking garage will feature 50 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, with infrastructure designed to accommodate up to 430 additional chargers in the future.

Work also includes supplying power to existing chillers and the fire pump at Terminal F, replacing a 2,000-KW generator in the Central Utility Plant, and installing three additional generators with emergency paralleling switchgear to support life safety systems. Advanced lighting upgrades for both the cruise terminal and parking garage are also part of the scope.

The contract was added to Tutor Perini’s backlog in the third quarter of 2025. Fisk Electric will carry out the work as part of Tutor Perini’s civil, building, and specialty construction operations.
