Construction of a permanent sales center for Eleven Eleven Central – a new walkable/bikeable, access-controlled community in Naples – has begun.
Construction by the Ronto Group is expected to be finished in eight months, according to Florida Weekly.
The sales center will feature a showroom with a full kitchen and a full bath potential purchasers will be able to see and will display finishes to be included in Eleven Eleven Central residences. Pre-construction prices start at $690,000.
It is expected that Eleven Eleven Central will put downtown Naples’ attractions at residents’ doorsteps and bring a sense of cohesion to the downtown district.
