Two Roads Development has topped off a 57-story condominium structure in Miami, which will be completed in 2020.

The Elysee condominium, at 649 feet, will be the tallest residential building in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood upon its completion in 2020, the developers say. John Moriarty & Associates of Florida is the building’s general contractor. Architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia  from Arquitectonica designed the building.

Earlier this summer, the developers announced the previous sale of the tower’s raw/unfinished 11,600 sq. ft., three-story penthouse, which sold for a record $12.8 million – marking it the highest price paid for a private residence in the city’s Edgewater enclave.

“We are very excited to be one step closer to welcoming residents to their new home at Elysee,” said developer Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development.

The building will have 100 half and full-floor residences priced between $1.8 million to upwards of $10 million, with three to six-bedroom layouts measuring between 2,200 and 6,000 sq. ft.
