Construction is underway on Saltaire, a new waterfront condominium tower in St. Petersburg’s downtown cultural district.

The project is being developed by Kolter Urban, a division of The Kolter Group.

The construction work on the tower, designed by SB Architects, is being handled by Kast Construction.

Saltaire will be a 35-story, 192-unit tower overlooking the downtown St. Petersburg bayfront. Completion is slated for early 2023.
