Construction started to redevelop Market Square in Tallahassee.
The renovated plaza will offer 110,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurant, hotel and office space. It is located just off the intersection of I-10 and Thomasville Rd. on the north side of Tallahassee, WCTV reports.
The project calls for giving a more modern look to the buildings and addition of canopies and awnings. The landscaping and walkways will also be improved.
The project is set to complete between fall 2020 and spring 2021.
