AB Beach Boulevard is building a four-building, 85,000-sq.-ft. industrial park in South Jacksonville Beach, according to Ponte Vedra Recorder.

The Beaches Industrial Park is being built at 950 10th St. S. in Jacksonville Beach. The 4.5-acre development will offer units ranging from 1,200 to 26,000 sq. ft. They will feature 14-by-14-foot roll-up doors, three-phase power, 25-foot ceilings and 6-inch slabs able to support extreme, heavy duty racking systems, according to the publication.

Atkins Builders is providing general contracting for the industrial park.

The project is expected to be completed in summer 2019.
