Construction to begin on next phase of $51 million Miami auto showrooms project

South Motors, a privately-held car dealership headquartered in Miami, has broken ground on the next phase of its state-of-the-art expansions to their BMW and Honda dealerships.

The $51 million project will include $35 million for the BMW dealership and $17.5 million for the Honda dealership.

The BMW and Honda facilities will feature larger showrooms to showcase new and pre-owned inventory, a larger client lounge area complete with a full coffee and snack bar, larger, updated restrooms and upgraded finishes throughout the facility.

The 72,249-sq.-ft. BMW building will feature a separate showroom for certified pre-owned BMW vehicles, and for Mini Coopers. It will include an elevator to a brand-new second floor inventory. The 16,396-sq.-ft. Honda facility will have an onsite client café.
