RSP USA, a real estate marketing company, is building a new headquarters in Bradenton.

the 23,437-sq.-ft. headquarters in Manatee County will be built by J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp., according to Sarasota Magazine.

The site is located at 5110 Lena Rd. The project will cost $3 million.

The project will increase the company’s current footprint and accommodate a growing client base, according to a statement issued by RSP USA.

The development also includes a new truck dock and loading station, as well as a covered front entry and outdoor seating area.

“We have a vision for our future and a big part of that vision is this building and the team we plan to put together to continue growing our company in this location,” RSP USA Chief Operating Officer Dominic Lentini said in the press statement.

The facility is expected to be completed in spring 2019.
