Ground has been broken on a new Homewood Suites by Hilton at 1190 Celebration Blvd., a 24-month construction project that will add an extended-stay hotel with modern amenities to Central Florida’s hospitality landscape.
Cleveland Construction is serving as the general contractor for the development, which is a partnership between Wealth Hospitality Group and Sun Holdings, Inc. The project is designed to meet the needs of families, vacationers, and business travelers visiting nearby attractions in the Orlando area.
“We’re proud to bring a property to Celebration that meets the evolving needs of today’s traveler, combining the comfort of home with the ease of hotel living,” said Chico Patel, CEO of Wealth Hospitality Group.
Each suite will include a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a spacious living area, allowing guests to settle in for longer stays with the convenience of home-style amenities.
In addition to enhancing the region’s hotel offerings, the project is expected to generate local jobs during both construction and operations, contributing to economic growth in the community.
The hotel is part of the Hilton family of brands and will offer amenities tailored to the growing demand for flexible, extended-stay accommodations in the heart of Central Florida.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
