Suffolk recently broke ground on Virgin Voyages Terminal V at PortMiami.
The palm grove-inspired terminal will be over 100,000 sq. ft.
Arquitectonica is the design architect on the new terminal for this design-build project. Bermello Ajamil & Partners is teamed wit Suffolk to complete the production drawings and to construct the project. The palm grove-inspired design is Arquitectonica’s design.
The terminal will feature a roof which will resemble a palm canopy. The project is targeting LEED Gold Certification.
Construction is expected to be completed late 2021.
