The University Park student housing project in Boca Raton broke ground on Feb. 26, reports South Florida Business Journal.

A joint venture between Rosemurgy Properties, Giles Capital Group and Lewis Rental Properties is building the complex on 10.9 acres at 135 N.W. 20th Street, near Florida Atlantic University, the newspaper reports.

It will have 598 beds in 159 units, ranging from two to four bedrooms each. The complex will total 279,097 square feet and include a clubhouse with a student lounge and juice bar, fitness facilities, video gaming room, computer labs and conference rooms.

University park is expected to open in summer 2015.
