Stevens Construction has started construction of the new corporate headquarters of Frantz EyeCare in Fort Myers.

Located at 9617 Gulf Research Lane, the 60,000-sq.-ft., two-story building will include an AHCA-licensed surgery center with four operating rooms complete with sterilization and recovery.

The first floor will house the surgery center, a laser vision correction suite, cosmetic center treatment rooms, eye examination pods, retail area and an expansive lobby. The second floor will encompass the administrative offices and space available for lease.

Frantz EyeCare is slated for completion in winter 2022.
