AHS Residential has broken ground on its upcoming AHS Oak Enclave residential community in Miami Gardens.

AHS Oak Enclave is an $80 million, 420-unit development that is located within easy access of the Palmetto Expressway and I-95.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will feature a private balcony or patio, high ceilings and modern, stainless-steel appliances. The gated community will include five-buildings, a resort-style pool, full-service fitness center, clubhouse, and private parking.

The property is expected to open to residents in the summer of 2022.
