Construction has started on the multifamily component of the highly-anticipated Space Coast Town Centre.

The development will feature a mixed-use, walkable community featuring retail, hospitality, luxury residences, and office space at the junction of St. Johns Heritage Parkway, U.S. Highway 192 and I-95 in West Melbourne, reports Space Coast Daily.

The centre will include hundreds of thousands of square feet of office, retail and hospitality; a grocery store; luxury multifamily housing units; and an attractive lake serving as the focal point for the waterfront plaza and surrounding buildings.
