Construction begins on $13.8M senior living facility in Santa Rosa Beach

Dominion Partners recently started construction on a new $13.8 million senior living facility in Santa Rosa Beach, reports NwfDailyNews.

Somerby of Santa Rosa Beach will include 52 assisted living and 24 memory-care apartments for residents with memory impairment, dementia or Alzheimer’s. It is being built on a six acre tract at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and West Hewett Road with occupancy expected by the end of the year.

It will be the sixth Somerby senior living community. Others are in Mobile, Birmingham, Alpharetta and Peachtree City, Georgia, and Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
