Moorings Park and London Bay Homes started construction on Moorings Park Grande Lake in Naples.

Situated on 55 acres in the heart of Naples, Moorings Park Grande Lake will  consist of mid-rise residences, including penthouses.

Phase 1 of the project calls for the development of three buildings consisting of a total of 47 residences. Phase 2 consists of 23 residences in two buildings, plus an additional 16 residences located on the upper floors of the clubhouse, according to the Florida Weekly.

Moorings Park Grande Lake is a pet-friendly campus and has been designed to take advantage of the views of a 28-acre lake and the golf course beyond.
