Naples’s community Moorings Park Grande Lake, being developed by Moorings Park in partnership with London Bay Homes, is beginning construction on the first three buildings in Phase I.

The three buildings consist of a total of 47 residences, which offer panoramic lake and golf course views, Florida Weekly reports.

In addition, Moorings Park Grande Lake is launching sales in Phase II which consists of two residential mid-rise towers. Building F, with 12 residences, is located adjacent to the community’s clubhouse and overlooks a large lake with the golf course beyond. Building J, with 11 residences including one penthouse, is located to the west of the clubhouse and also offers views of the lake and golf course.

Situated on 55 acres in Naples, Moorings Park Grande Lake “will combine one-of-a-kind vistas of magnificent lakes and championship golf with luxury homes and exceptional healthcare,” according to the report.
