Work is underway on the fifth building of Gulfshore Homes in the Ravenna neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, reports Naples Daily News.
The building will include six condominiums, priced from the $600,000s to the $800,000s.
Construction is expected to be completed in fourth quarter 2014, the newspaper reports.
The three-story building will have two condominiums per floor. First-floor residences will have 2,166 sq. ft. under air with two bedrooms and three baths. Second- and third-floor homes will have three bedrooms and three baths comprising 2,761 square feet of living space. Each home includes a two-car garage and a private elevator for second- and third-floor homes.
