Phoenix, Ariz.-based Cole Real Estate Investments Inc. has acquired the Publix-anchored Deltona Commons shopping center, reports News-Journal.
The purchase price was $9.7 million.
The plaza was developed by Orlando-based Brandon Partners in 2007 on 7.5 acres at the northeast corner of Courtland and Fort Smith boulevards.
The sale closed June 14.
