The City of Clearwater is inviting the public to a groundbreaking ceremony for a new city hall on Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. at 200 S. Myrtle Ave.
The $31.6 million dollar facility, which includes a first floor, state-of-the-art training room and a second floor City Council Chambers, is partially funded by Penny for Pinellas ($6.3 million)wil.
