Certified General Contractors has started building a 143-room Hyatt Place Hotel at Melbourne Orlando International (MLB) airport.

ADELON Capital and Twenty8 group are developing the 143-room hotel scheduled to open in 2022, and officials gathered for its official groundbreaking on Oct. 5.

The co-owners “are continuing to invest in the area with what will be a sophisticated five-story, four-star hotel featuring inspired guestrooms and premium suites with energizing design and insightful in-room technology,” Melbourne Orlando International Airport spokesman Rob Himler said in a statement.
