Business growth prompts B & I to relocate service department in Ft. Myers

B & I Contractors, a Fort-Myers-based subcontracting and building services firm, says it has relocated its service department to Country Lakes Drive off Luckett Road.

“In the wake of substantial growth in the last three years an expanded footprint for these departments was warranted,” the company said in a statement.

“We looked at several alternatives for expansion and relocating was the perfect fit. We now add an additional 6,600 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space to our growing employee-owned company”, Jeff Zenoniani, vice-president of facility services, said in a statement.

Established in 1960, B & I has offices located in Fort Myers, Tamarac, Sarasota and Tampa. The employee-owned company specializes in construction and building maintenance services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting, refrigeration, sheet metal and CAD engineering for clients in commercial, institutional and industrial industries throughout Florida and beyond, the statement says.
