B&I Contractors has appointed longtime company executive Brian Kelly as its next chief executive officer, the company announced this week.
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Kelly as B&I’s new CEO,” said outgoing chief executive Jason Grabowski. “His long tenure at B&I in a leadership role has well prepared him for this next step. Brian’s deep commitment to B&I and his extensive industry knowledge will serve him well as he moves forward. I am confident that he will continue to uphold our core values while leading B&I successfully into the next decade.”
Kelly has held multiple leadership roles during his career with the Florida-based mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor. The company said his experience across operations and management positions him to guide B&I’s continued growth while maintaining its focus on employee development, safety and customer service.
Grabowski, who has led the company through significant expansion, will remain involved with B&I after the transition. He will continue to serve in an advisory role on the Board of Directors and as a Trustee for the company.
B&I Contractors said the leadership change reflects long-term succession planning and emphasizes continuity in its corporate culture and strategic direction.
