Bradenton City Council members recently approved building a two-story complex at Bradenton Christian School.

The sports complex will be built on the school’s 24-acre 43rd St. campus. The structure will house four courts with locker rooms, a weight room, offices and significant flex space, SRQ Daily reports.

The complex will feature an air-conditioned skybox-style second-floor viewing area where spectators can view indoor basketball and volleyball games and matches along with outdoor football, baseball and soccer events, according to the report.

Designed by Fawley Bryant Architecture, the project will cost $19 million.

Construction is set to start in September and students will be able to take the court around in the 2020-21 school year.
