FORT MYERS, FL. B&I Contractors, Inc., has announced the appointment of Chief Operating Officer Mike Novo as a Trustee of the B&I Contractors Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), effective Nov. 1.
In his new role, Mr. Novo will help oversee the ESOP on behalf of B&I’s employee-owners, ensuring the plan continues to support the company’s long-term strategic and financial objectives.
