Aztec Group has secured $21.3 million in construction financing for the development of AC Marriott Hotel in Midtown Miami, according to a report in Commercial Property Executive.

The 153-room hotel is located at the corner of Northeast 34st St. and Biscayne Boulevard. It is expected to open in mid-2019.

The hotel will feature a glass design and amenities such as a business center, restaurant and bar/lounge, fitness facility, swimming pool, meeting space, valet parking and guest laundry,

Midtown Lodging 2 LLC, an affiliate of Aztec and Tennessee-based 3H Group, is developing the seven-story hotel, according to a report from The Real Deal.
