ANF, in partnership with McDowell Housing Partners, is continuing its partnership with McDowell Housing Partners on Southpointe Vista Phase II, a 208-unit affordable housing development in Goulds.
The project builds on the recently completed first phase and aims to expand access to affordable housing for households earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income.
Phase II will add 208 units in a 12-story building. A pedestrian paseo will connect the two phases and their parking garages to help create a cohesive, community-focused environment.
“We are proud to continue building upon this transformative, multi-phase community in Miami-Dade County,” said Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF. “Projects like Southpointe Vista reflect our long-standing commitment to creating housing solutions that uplift communities.”
The development will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments with granite countertops, tile backsplashes, upgraded LVP flooring, walk-in closets, and in-unit washers and dryers. Planned amenities include a fitness center, game room, media center, cybercafé and a bocce ball court next to Phase I.
Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
