DeAngelis Diamond is serving as general contractor on the project. Other partners include Vitruvian Steel, ACI Architectural Concepts and Boyd Civil Engineering Inc.

“We’re proud to help bring this vision to life alongside our partners … and make a lasting impact in the Central Florida community,” DeAngelis Diamond said in a social media post announcing the groundbreaking.District 6 Commissioner Bakari F. Burns says the project reflects the type of investment needed to support seniors in the community and thanked Archbishop Wiggins and Hope Church for helping make the project possible by providing church-owned land for affordable housing development.

The City of Orlando provided funding and support for the project, which is intended to help address growing demand for affordable housing options for seniors in Central Florida.
