Gotham Construction has started construction on The Bluffs Apartments, a 400-unit, 620,000-sq. ft. residential tower at 150 S. Osceola Street on the southeastern edge of Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater. The project, designed by Behar + Peteranecz Architecture and built by Moss Construction, is scheduled for completion in June 2028.
The development will feature upscale rental residences, curated retail spaces, hospitality areas, and public amenities aimed at enriching downtown living while prioritizing environmentally friendly design.
In 2019, Clearwater demolished the old city hall and in 2022 voters approved the sale of the property for $9.3 million for a redevelopment project. The Bluffs project is the result of a successful RFP response to develop two premier waterfront sites adjacent to the newly constructed, $84 million Coachman Park.
