Terreno Realty Corporation has begun construction on Building 35, the final building in Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV.
The 220,000-sq. ft. structure will feature a 36-ft. clear height, 78 dock-high and two grade-level loading positions, and parking for 185 vehicles on a 10.7-acre site. Shell construction is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2026, and the building is designed to achieve LEED certification.
Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV covers 121 acres and is entitled for 2.2 million sq. ft. of industrial distribution space. The site, a former landfill near Florida’s Turnpike and I-75, will include ten LEED-certified buildings, providing 655 dock-high and 23 grade-level loading positions and parking for 1,875 vehicles. The total estimated investment for Phase IV is about $511.5 million, with Building 35 accounting for $55.5 million.
Combined with Phase III, the Countyline Corporate Park will contain 17 industrial buildings totaling 3.5 million square feet.
