Schmidt brings more than three decades of experience in global marketing, brand development, sales leadership, business development, and organizational growth. His career includes leading marketing and brand strategy initiatives for globally recognized companies and brands, as well as more than 15 years of experience within the construction and building materials industries. This combination of global brand leadership and industry-specific experience gives Schmidt a distinctive perspective on market positioning, customer engagement, sales development, and long-term business growth.
